  i am sure if you are inquiring to live here alk this mad repairs are all done so welcome to your apartment units have all updated cabinets counter tops and new floors. but i am writing this before you move in so this is whats happening now. i am a current resident that always follows the rules pay my rent on time and never give managmanagement a difficult time currently there are improvements being made to units (new cabinets new floors). great but not professional at all. was told floors were gonna be started at 8am well it's 420pm and they have not even started yet. also was told going to take 4 hours to complete. this is insane. when they installed new cabinets they almost started a fire in kitchen. so now I am stuck in the living room with my dogs locked in my bedroom upstairs. can't even retrieve them because the floor has glue on it. so now they won't even be done until 8 or 9 pm. they are going to be painting the kitchen tomorrow. so hmmm paint on the floor maybe. the guy in the office is brand new. one thing about this company is that they hire cheap contractors and never pay their bills. true fact I am also a former employee. this property is at a nice location right off the highway a nice town to live in lots of shopping nearby. pretty low key neighbors meaning no drugs or break ins. small dogs are accepted but be prepare for dogs barking cause that's what dogs do. no worries barking does not bother me.
